“Why not just publish commission rates on your website?”
We thought long and hard about this and the answer is that it’s different for every property. Rates change depending on whether you are selling a section, a 3 bedroom home in the suburbs, or a big million dollar+ executive property.
We prefer to offer customised advice. But don’t worry, we promise not to hound you endlessly. If you meet us in person either at an appraisal or at one of our open homes, you will see that we pride ourselves on providing useful information and not employing a hard-sell approach.
Once we receive your request we will email the information to you within 24 hours. Following that, we will call you once to make sure you have received everything. From there we will not follow up again without your express permission.
